Upsellic imports your entire BigCommerce product catalog:

What the AI does with that data

After importing the catalog, the AI knows your products well enough to have a substantive conversation. A customer asks "Is the XL in stock in blue?" — the AI checks variants and answers based on current stock, no guessing. A customer is looking for "a birthday gift for someone who loves cooking, under $50" — the AI searches the catalog semantically and suggests specific products within budget.

Beyond recommendations, the AI can compare products, check order status by number, and serve customers in multiple languages without additional configuration.

Order Tracking in Chat

Customers can check order status directly in the chat widget. They provide an order number, and the AI returns:

Current status - processing, shipped, delivered, or returned
Shipment details - carrier name, tracking number, and a direct tracking link
