Create your website
Add your e-commerce site to Upsellic. The chat widget embeds here.
Dashboard path: Dashboard → Websites → Add website

Create your widget
Configure the widget's appearance, AI personality, and behavior.
Dashboard path: Dashboard → Widgets → Add widget

Import your product feed
Connect your catalog by providing a feed URL. Upsellic supports Google, Facebook, and the Upsellic format.
Dashboard path: Dashboard → Feeds → Add new feed
Pick the website from Step 1. You'll choose the feed's source language when adding or editing it.

Embed on your site
Copy the widget code and paste it into your site's HTML before the closing </body> tag.

⚠️Important
- •Create a Website before adding Widgets or Feeds
- •First feed import takes ~1 minute per 100 products. Subsequent imports are much faster (tens of seconds total). Progress shows in real time.
- •The widget won't show product recommendations until the feed import completes
