Getting Started with Upsellic

Follow these steps to set up your AI shopping assistant and start converting visitors into customers.

Create Your Website

First, add your e-commerce website to Upsellic. This is where your chat widget will be embedded.

Dashboard path: Dashboard → Websites → Add website

Create Your Widget

Configure your chat widget's appearance, AI personality, and behavior.

Dashboard path: Dashboard → Widgets → Add widget

Import Your Product Feed

Connect your product catalog by providing a feed URL. Upsellic supports Google, Facebook, and custom Upsellic feed formats.

Dashboard path: Dashboard → Feeds → Add new feed

Select the website you created in Step 1. You'll choose the feed's source language when adding or editing the feed

Integrate on Your Website

Copy the widget code and paste it into your website's HTML before the closing </body> tag.

⚠️Important Notes

  • •You must create a Website before you can add Widgets or Feeds
  • •First feed import takes approximately 1 minute per 100 products. Subsequent imports are much faster (tens of seconds total). You'll see progress in real-time
  • •Widget won't show product recommendations until feed import is complete
